After weeks of uncertainty, the winner of the record-breaking $60 million Lotto Max jackpot draw from the July 26 has come forward.
The winner, who purchased the ticket at the Seafair shopping mall at No. 1 and Francis roads, will be presented with a cheque for $60 million on Wednesday afternoon at the BCLC headquarters in Vancouver.
