A vehicle incident on Highway 99 northbound has motorists looking for alternate routes to Highway 91 eastbound from Highway 99 on Thursday night.
According to a Twitter post, a semi-truck that fell into a ditch on Highway 99, just before the eastbound Highway 91 off-ramp, has the exit blocked off.
Motorists are asked to take the Westminster Highway exit.
Multiple police crews are on scene.
