The 80-year-old man who went missing over the weekend has been found safe and well.
Richmond RCMP yesterday asked the public for help in locating Joseph Tsu, last seen on Jan. 30 around 3 a.m. in the area of the Richmond Grace Seniors Home located at 8773 Westminster Hwy.
Tsu, who suffers from dementia and diabetes and requires medication twice a day, was found by family members in the area of No. 2 and Blundell roads on Monday afternoon. Richmond RCMP would like to thank Joseph's family for assisting in the search.
