A 21-year-old man reported missing on Sunday has been found safe and well in Victoria.
James Stockdale was located safe and sound this morning (Wednesday) around 2 a.m. in Victoria by the Victoria Police Department. The Richmond RCMP would like to thank everyone that assisted with this investigation.
