Updated: Richmond police find missing 21 year-old man

Richmond RCMP have found a 21 year-old man who had not been seen since Dec. 19. according to Richmond RCMP constable Dennis Hwang. William Grant failed to meet his relatives over the holidays, as planned, according to police.

William Grant failed to meet his relatives over the holidays, as planned, according to police.

He engages in an “at risk lifestyle” and is known to frequent Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, according to police.
