Not only is Richmond under a rainfall warning, but a parking lot in the city is also experiencing a similar problem at the same time.
Richmond community member Christine Chong spotted the wet surprise at London Plaza along No. 3 Rd this morning. In her videos, sprinklers appeared to be on at full blast while cars attempted to navigate an increasingly deep puddle of water.
It is unclear what caused the issue at this time.
The Richmond News has reached out to London Plaza and the Shon Group for details but did not hear back by the publication deadline.
