Re: "Long-time Richmond councillor Linda McPhail passes away"
The loss of Linda McPhail to the Richmond community is a substantial one, and we mourn her passing.
As a councillor, we found her to be inquisitive, astute, compassionate and fair.
We've been appreciative of all the Richmond councils over the decade our organization has been based here. In most respects this is a well-run city, but she was a standout for us.
Condolences to all.
