I don’t think rebuilding a stand-alone grocery store is in the cards.
A mixed-use venture similar to the Roderick would make more sense from a development standpoint.
Anyway, whatever happens, it will be a fenced-off lot for several years until the money issues get sorted out. Ron Simpson Steveston
