It looks like the sun will be making an appearance today, although there is still the possibility of rain to start off this Sunday in Richmond.
Temperatures are expected to hit a balmy high of 16C and reach a low of 4C in East Richmond, according to Weatherhood.

Fun fact about Richmond...
Do you know where the first flight in Western Canada took off from?
In 1910, the first powered flight in western Canada took off from Minoru Park, then called Centennial Park. Charles Hamilton was the pilot, and more than 3,500 people came out to watch, according to the Richmond Museum.
Furthermore, the first woman in Canada to fly a plane solo took off from Minoru Park as well in 1913.
