Yandoux Patisserie is offering afternoon tea menu at Richmond's Versante Hotel

A new high tea restaurant has officially opened inside a Richmond boutique hotel.

Yandoux Patisserie, a Vancouver-based bakery specializing in French pastries, has taken over the former Acre Through the Seasons's spot inside the Versante Hotel.

It is known for its beautiful and artsy cakes and pastries at its main store in Vancouver.

The bakery operated afternoon pop-ups inside the hotel for the past year, but Versante Hotel confirmed it now has a permanent spot in its building.

Yandoux offers only afternoon tea sets for $65 per person. Each tea set includes one refillable pot of tea and a mix of sweet and savoury items including salmon oshi sushi, burrata sandwiches, classic scones, eclairs, lemon tarts and more.

Afternoon tea is served every day from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Unit #115 - 8400 West Rd. in Richmond.

Bookings are required with each seating scheduled for two hours.
