The City of Richmond is asking for input about its community facilities, programs and services.
Richondites will be able to participate in the 2023 Community Needs Assessment Study in two ways: by telephone or online. Feedback will be used to plan future offerings by the city and its partners.
The telephone survey will be conducted by OraclePoll Research and it began on Thursday, Feb. 16. The survey aims to reach 1,000 residents and will be conducted by interviewers fluent in English, Mandarin and Chinese.
An online survey is also available on www.LetsTalkRichmond.ca in English and Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and it will be available until March 12.
“Our City’s parks, libraries, recreation, arts, culture and heritage facilities, programs and services play an important role in contributing to the well-being of our community,” said Mayor Malcolm Brodie.
“As Richmond neighbourhoods continue to grow and change, it is vital for us to have current feedback from residents about their evolving participation and needs. I encourage all community members to participate in the telephone survey if contacted, or participate through the online survey.”
