Fun fact about Richmond...
Do you know where the name Cora Brown division got its name on Sea Island?
The name Cora Brown came after the last owner of the land, Mrs. Cora Browne, according to the Sea Island Historical Society website.
To this day, it is unknown why the Veterans Land Administration dropped the "e" at the end of Browne when they named the subdivision of the island.
