A southbound vehicle incident on Highway 99 is causing heavy traffic from near Westminster Highway Friday afternoon.
Commuters heading out of Richmond via the Massey Tunnel should expect delays.
The crash reportedly involves a semi, and occurred on Highway 99 in the southbound, right lane just before the Steveston Highway overpass.
The southbound Massey Tunnel counterflow lane is unaffected.
Crews are on scene.
