“Where there is a will, there is a way,” seemed to be what was on the mind of one Richmond driver this past weekend.
A white vehicle was spotted off the side of Westminster Highway between No. 6 and 7 roads at around 5 p.m. on Saturday.
Photos sent in by Richmond News reader Sukhwant Dhillon show the vehicle embedded in the ditch while an RCMP vehicle was parked on the side of the road.
