An earlier vehicle incident on Highway 99 northbound has been cleared.
Motorists travelling northbound Highway 99 into Richmond were told to expect minor delays on Tuesday morning.
A police vehicle was reported to have gone into a ditch on northbound Highway 99 near Blundell Road.
Emergency crew were on scene, causing congestion in the area including a bus lane that was partially blocked.
