Local artisans will be showing their wares at the South Arm Community Centre’s third annual Christmas Craft Fair this weekend.
Residents will have 45 local booths to choose from as they seek to fulfill their lists for the upcoming holiday season, said Kristy Ng, a community development coordinator at the centre.
The craft fair runs Nov. 20 at 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will feature a wide range of handmade creations, including jewellery, soap, knitted goods and candles.
Youth members will also sell pre-packaged snacks on site.
Ng noted that the free event is a great way to support local artisans and craftspeople.
All participants will be required to show proof of vaccination at the entrance.
