Mounties have a 35-year-old woman in custody after her husband was stabbed to death at their city centre home.
Police were called to the condo complex on the 8700-block of Ackroyd Road in the early hours of Tuesday after reports of a domestic incident.
A 38-year-old man understood to be the womans husband was treated at the scene by paramedics but was pronounced dead shortly after.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Teams spokesperson Sgt. Jennifer Pound tweeted at 7 a.m.: 38 y/o male pronounced dead at scene after a domestic incident. 35 y/o wife is currently in custody. IHIT at scene."
