According to DriveBC, the vehicle incident on Highway 91 has now been cleared.
Earlier on Friday morning, Richmond experienced traffic delays due to a four-car crash westbound on Highway 91 just before the Westminster Highway exit.
The left lane is currently blocked and traffic is heavy from Annacis Island.
Drivers are advised to watch for crews and expect delays.
