Motorists travelling along Highway 91 in Richmond should expect delays on Tuesday afternoon.
A vehicle incident on westbound Highway 91 just before Knight St, previously blocking the right lane, has been moved to the right shoulder, according to Drive BC.
However, westbound traffic is still slow and backed up to the S-curve.
Crews are on the scene.
