Richmond firefighters are on the scene of a fire in the city centre on Friday morning.
A video of smoke billowing out of an apartment building at Granville Avenue and Minoru Boulevard has been posted to social media.
Fire crews can be seen dousing the blaze and traffic still appears to be moving in the area.
