Division 1: AC Westcoast remains top, Active Releaf Grads closing in
In the AC Westcoast continues to lead Division 1 with 30 points, although their perfect season took a hit this month. They dropped points with a tie against RFB Hib and suffered a loss to Emerald Unicorn. Despite these setbacks, Eric Holscher has been the standout player, contributing eight goals and event assists to keep his team at the top.
Active Releaf Grads remain hot on their heels, sitting in second place with 28 points. The Grads have been a high-scoring team this month, netting 19 goals in just give games. Leading the charge is Rylan Sangha, who is having an incredible season, topping the division in both goals (10) and assists (9). The Grads are looking strong and could be the team to watch as the season progresses.
Division 2: Richlads FC dominate, FC Hammers build momentum
In Division 2, Richlads FC have emerged as the team to beat, maintaining their spot at the top with 25 points. With a perfect 4-0 record in November, they continue to build on their strong season and show why they’re a serious contender.
United, who are in second place with 24 points, had a mixed month, securing two wins and one loss. However, their solid form continues to make them one of the top teams in the division, and they remain within striking distance of Richlads FC.
FC Hammers have been on a roll with a three-match winning streak, bringing their point total to 11. After a slow start to the season, they are gaining momentum and will look to carry that good form into December, making them a team to watch in the upcoming weeks.
Masters Division: A battle at the top
The Masters Division has seen an exciting two-team race for the top spot, with Richmond Old Blacks and Heatherbrae Masters both tied for first place at 23 points. Ronald Tse has been a key player for the Old Blacks, leading the team with 13 goals. Heatherbrae Masters, however, is right there with them and continues to push for the number one spot in what is shaping up to be a very tight competition.
Rain City, with 21 points, remains close to the top, and Farouk Karim is leading the division with 16 goals. Rain City will need to continue their strong performances to challenge the top teams and stay in the hunt for the title.
December Preview: Fire Matchups for Melvin FC
Looking ahead to December, Melvin FC will face some exciting challenges, with several lit match-ups on the horizon with no cap.
On Dec. 8, Melvin FC will take on Division rival United, followed by a crucial game against Division rival AC Phantom on Dec. 11.
The month will conclude with a match-up against Division rival Lion Rock on Dec. 15. These games will be pivotal in shaping the standings, and Melvin FC will need to bring their best to stay.
