An army of seven-foot, custom-made fiberglass Asian warriors has arrived. Nine Terracotta Warriors were installed in Richmond Tuesday.
Altogether, the city is home to 11 - one will be installed next week in Steveston in front of the Spotted Frog Furniture Company on No. 1 Road.
The warriors are part of the BC Lions Society Easter Seals latest public art fundraiser. Between Vancouver and Richmond there are 35 warriors, all of them painted by local Lower Mainland artists.
