As everyone is reminded to be vigilant of social distancing during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, the message seemed to have flown past some wildlife residents.
A group of Richmond wildlife residents of more than 50 were spotted gathering together at James Thompson elementary Monday evening.
Twitter user, Traci Baillie, posted a video of the birds having a massive meeting, which showed hundreds of ducks, geese and seagulls pecking at the grass.
“Hundreds of birds didn’t get the memo! Did anyone lose hundreds of ducks and geese, (seagulls joined the party)," said the caption, followed by the hashtags “SocialDistancing” and “COVID2019.”
