Motorists travelling out of Richmond on Highway 91 eastbound are encouraged to find alternate routes on Monday afternoon.
According to a Twitter post, a vehicle incident has the left lane of Highway 91, just under the Nelson Road overpass, blocked.
Traffic is crawling and is backed up to Highway 99.
Drivers are encouraged to take the Massey Tunnel as an alternate route this afternoon.
Emergency crews are on scene.
